1 – O que não posso comer na gravidez?

Durante a gravidez é necessário ter cuidados especiais com a alimentação, e você já deve ter ouvido falar que diversos alimentos podem prejudicar o desenvolvimento do bebê e a saúde da gestante. Além de substâncias como o álcool, a cafeína e o excesso de açúcar, evite também alimentos como peixes crus, frutas e legumes mal lavados, leites e queijos não pasteurizados, que podem estar contaminados.

2 – Posso praticar esportes?

Sim! E inclusive, praticar atividades físicas durante a gestação é recomendado, a não ser que seja uma gravidez de risco. Fazer exercícios dá mais energia para e faz bem não só para a saúde da mãe, como também para o bebê. Consulte com o seu médico ou médica quais tipos de atividades são as mais indicadas de acordo com o momento da gravidez em que você está.

3 – Vou ter alterações de humor?

Embora ter um bebê seja normal e uma parte maravilhosa da vida, é normal se sentir sensível nessa fase. Muitas grávidas têm seus sentimentos intensificados, tanto por questões psicológicas como pelas mudanças hormonais ocorrendo em seu corpo. Para manter as emoções equilibradas, busque hábitos saudáveis, coma bem, exercite-se e descanse também. Se você não se sentir bem ou ficar sempre cansada, é mais provável que você sinta ansiedade e irritação.

4 – Quando vou sentir o bebê mexer?

Normalmente, a gestante começa a sentir o bebê se mexendo na barriga entre a 16ª e a 20ª semana de gestação, ou seja, no final do 4º mês ou no 5º. Porém, na segunda gravidez, é normal a mãe sentir o bebê mexer mais cedo.

Muitas grávidas descrevem a sensação do bebê mexendo pela primeira vez como parecida com bolhas de ar, peixe nadando, gases, fome ou ronco no estômago. É só emoção!

5 – Vou sentir dores?

A dor nas costas durante a gravidez é famosa entre as grávidas. Mas muitas mulheres relatam também nas pernas e no nervo ciático, além dos pés inchados. E tem uma dor bem específica, no osso da virilha, que também é super comum. Com o crescimento do bebê e o aumento do peso, o desconforto cresce e pode ficar pior durante estações quentes. Se sentir algo estranho, tenha sempre o contato do médico para tirar dúvidas.

6 – Como funciona o pré-natal?

A gestação precisa ser acompanhada por um médico para garantir a saúde tanto da mãe quanto do bebê. Faça o pré-natal com consultas regulares ao obstetra, desde a confirmação da gravidez até 40 dias após o nascimento. O seu médico ou médica deve te orientar, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo o seu bem-estar assim como do bebê. Até o final do segundo trimestre as consultas podem ser mensais; a partir do sexto mês, quinzenais e no último mês, semanais.

7 – Posso dormir de bruços?

Grávidas podem sim dormir de bruços, desde que a barriga ou a coluna não estejam incomodando.Se você se sentir confortável, não se preocupe. O único problema é que o volume abdominal aumenta bastante a partir do 4º mês e a partir daí, você pode adotar a posição virada para o lado esquerdo, com perna esquerda esticada e a direita dobrada para dormir. Uma dica é usar um travesseiro pequeno entre as pernas, e um grande para apoiar a barriga e tirar o peso e evitar dores musculares.

8 – Como saber que o parto está próximo?

Não existe um sinal óbvio de que o bebê está prestes a nascer, mas enquanto o espaço vai ficando apertado e os movimentos dele diminuindo cada vez mais, logo ele entra em posição de nascimento com sua cabeça encaixada nos ossos da pélvis. Algumas mulheres contam que conseguiram sentir o momento exato que o bebê encaixou, com ele se virando e descendo para a posição de nascimento – mas apenas um médico pode confirmar. Com o bebê encaixado, os sintomas do parto podem ser facilmente confundidos com outros desconfortos como diarreia e azia. Outro sintoma bem comum no final da gravidez e também durante o trabalho de parto são fortes dores na lombar.

9 – Parto normal ou cesárea?

Isso depende de inúmeros fatores. O parto normal costuma ser mais seguro e saudável tanto para a mulher quanto para o bebê, com a recuperação da mãe muito mais rápida e natural. Contudo, em alguns casos a cesárea é necessária e, como em qualquer cirurgia, há riscos envolvidos. O melhor a se fazer é tirar todas as suas dúvidas ao longo da gravidez com seu médico, para se preparar e estar tranquila independentemente do tipo de parto que tiver.

10 – Quando devo consultar um pediatra?

Depois de o momento tão esperado chegar, logo nos primeiros dias de vida do bebê é recomendado fazer a primeira consulta com o pediatra, para avaliar se está tudo certo e tirar as novas dúvidas que vão surgir. Mas fique tranquila, desde a maternidade você deve receber orientações sobre amamentação, higiene e cuidados iniciais com o bebê.
